This journey begins in Cairo on October 1st 2010 and completes in Sharm El Sheikh on October 17th. You are required to organise travel for yourself to Cairo to meet all others in your group on October 1st. You will need to organise your international flights, extra nights before and after journey if applicable, airport transfers and your Egypt Entry Visa. Your preferred travel agent can do this.
If you do not have a preferred travel agent then you may contact our Egypt travel agent in Sydney Australia who can assist with your international airfares/extra nights/airport transfers/visa. We have a first class tour company who have arranged all our tour needs and will manage all our needs and travel arrangements domestically within Egypt. Contact details are given at the bottom of the Registration and Payment form.
The prices for the extra nights, before the journey in Cairo (Sofitel Le Sphinx Hotel) and after the journey in Sharm El Sheikh (Mariott Resort), are shown on the Registration and Payment form. Of course you may stay in the accommodation of your choice. Airport transfers need to be arranged with your flight booking (and extra nights booking if applicable). Allow around AU$50 per direction per person – although it is cheaper when travelling with others and share the transport.
A full itinerary is available, but note that it is a dynamic document and will change to fit the Divine Moment and flow of all our energies if it is necessary. You will, of course, be advised of any changes, if these are needed.
The dates given for payment are set by the Egyptian agents. Our journey prices are in Australian dollars. The journey prices shown includes Qala’s teaching fee and also includes first class 5 star hotel accommodation, domestic flights, most meals and all entry fees as well as many other items for our beautiful journey. - Pay deposit of AUD$1,500 is required by no later than June 30th 2010 to hold your place.
- Payment 2 is AUD$2,700 by no later than by August 10th 2010
- Payment 3 is AUD$2,000 by no later than by Sept 5th 2010

- Pay deposit of AUD$1,800 is required by no later than June 30th 2010 to hold your place.
- Payment 2 is AUD$3,600 by no later than by August 10th 2010
- Payment 3 is AUD$2,000 by no later than by Sept 5th 2010
Cancellation Policy
- Land Package component - in Egypt including all accommodation, domestic flights, site visits, meals, etc as per itinerary. Once full payment has been received cancellation made 45 to 30 prior to departure, 50% of full price will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellation made within 30 days prior to departure or after tour has commenced.
The travel agent strongly suggests taking out travel insurance. No refund will be considered for any unused services.
- Qala’s Teaching Fee component – All of Qala’s teaching fee of $2500 will be refunded less an administration fee of AU$200.
